J.Lo shared a series of behind-the-scenes videos from the duo's Super Bowl rehearsals on Instagram over the weekend, and theyre equal parts awesome and adorable.

"I can't believe its already been 3 months since the #SuperBowlLIV #Halftime Show! So much has happened since then, but I wanted to share a fun peek behind the scenes at our first rehearsal with the dancers and @Shakira ," she wrote in the caption.

The videos show cool and sweet moments, like J.Lo getting her jam on with a bunch of little kids or just doing her usual fierce J.Lo ~thing~. And, of course, there are videos of J.Lo practicing with Shakira. (Tbh, J.Lo brings it with every performancethe only difference between rehearsal and the real deal was costumes and funky lighting.)

There's a lot of footage to obsess over, but there's one moment near the end that you definitely don't want to miss. In it, J.Lo totally gave Shakira a booty-shaking tutorial. After giving her butt a jiggle, J.Lo turned to Shakira and said, "I do it with my knees. I shake my knees." And then she dropped this hilarious nugget: " My mom taught me that when I was 4." (Okay, Guadalupe!)

And that's not all: In the last video, a bunch of dancers can be seen hanging out as J.Lo does a near-perfect round-off while people cheer.

So yeah, JIC you were wondering, theres nothing J.Lo cant do.
